@alice Wait, game AIs still cheat?? A long time ago I was tinkering together a save-game editor for Civ1, and it was such a downer to discover that the opponents cheated like there was no tomorrow. No cash and no ongoing Wonder construction, yet next turn you build it? Boo hiss! I moved on from Civ shortly after that discovery.
