And nobody uses that word when they're not trying to insult someone.

Yes! Exactly! Trump tells on himself so often that every other sentence is a confession. Recently he accused Biden of doing nothing but stealing credit. Back in 2016 there were clips going around of him saying (among other things) that the economy does better under the democrats. I wish that one had circulated more than "grab her by the pussy" because I think it would've diffused his base more.
Not this specific thing, but he's said similar shit in speeches like "I like people who don't get captured" while shitting on the last republican with morals.
