I'm not too into Jazz but I've listened to enough of the more important stuff to know what's good or not, and this whole album was straight fire, but the absolute best part are the song titles.
As an Outkast fan i was hoping for a reunion album or at least just a cool Andre 3000 rap album, but I'm happy with what we got instead.
Such an iconic sound. You always know when you hear ELO. You always know when you hear Jeff Lynne. There will never be enough or too much. Great track.
As a big fan of Eurovision, it pains me to boycott the contest this year but I can't stomach the thought of endorsing mass-murderers.
The EBU banned Russia from competing after their invasion into Ukraine (after a lot of public outcry, I must add), so why can't they ban Israel as well? If the problem is they "don't want Eurovision to be political", well tough luck, it already is and has been from the very start.
The answer, of course, is money.
The plaintiffs claim they were made to feel their employment was precarious, and that they had to comply with requests that made them uncomfortable in order to continue working. Some of those requests were of a sexual nature, including, among other things, pressure from Lizzo to attend a performance with nude dancers in Amsterdam, to eat bananas placed in nude dancers’ genitals, and pressure on one of the plaintiffs to touch a dancer’s breasts.
Other allegations were tied to religious harassment. The suit alleges Quigley spoke extensively about her religious views as a Christian and berated those who didn’t share these beliefs. It claims that one dancer’s virginity was frequently discussed without her consent, and that dancers were pressured to participate in group Christian prayer, regardless of their religious beliefs. All three defendants did little to remedy such actions despite knowing about them, the lawsuit claims.
So she claims to be a christian but takes ppl to a stripbar and make them eat banana out of pussy and fondle boobies and so on? Sounds very christian to me….

There was a podcast miniseries called “Flipping the Bird” about Elon Musk’s Twitter takeover. This song was the theme for it, and I can’t think of a more delightful fit.
I don't know about one for personalities (I try not to get too invested in an artist's personal beliefs) but for finding similar artists, I like to use Spotify artist network which maps out similar artists as nodes and lines using Spotify's api. It's pretty good for finding artists with similar vibes.
This doesn't really work for me, because it mostly just shows me artists in the same genre, most of which I'm already aware of and don't care about. I'm really more looking for music that conveys similar meaning/concepts. The genre is less relevant here.
