Word. Ever since their first album dropped more then 30 years aog I have been a fan. Their music seems timeless.

We got Nene Cherry to thank, as she kicked their ass to get the first album happening apparently.

It's meant to. Old Gods of Asgard are a fictional band in the Alan Wake/Control game universe (And possibly Max Payne?)

Poets of the Fall is the "actual" band IRL, and their style is a bit different from when they're playing as Old Gods of Asgard, but Old Gods of Asgard are supposed to be the over-the-top power metal band. The cover image reflects it.
