I have lemmy account in lemmy.ml and i have subscribed to many good instances. I want to create a backup account with all the subscribed instances.

In reddit if you want to create a new account with all the subscribed subreddit, we had to just "https://old.reddit.com/subreddits/mine" and right click copy the "multireddit of your subscriptions" to get all of it to new account with list to join or leave. Is there a similar function in lemmy?

Regarding sleep quality, why did humans evolve to require full darkness?
