Dell sure is slow, scammer had my number and service tag for a tablet I had. This was more than 5 years ago, they have been leaky for a while.

But then again this was the same company that replaced a motherboard instead of the digitizer that had a large dead spot.

But even in saying it is a ship problem, that isn't limiting to one failure point. There could be many small failures or choices that lead to the "ship problem." Of course after that, you have a new cascade of things that lead to the final outcome still, but I just want to express that "ship problem" doesn't mean simple.

I am of the same mind that they should be government run because electricity is a necessity for modern life. Electricity should not be produced for profit. Yes it would be nice for it to bring in more than it cost in order to fund expansion and upgrades, but shareholders shouldn't be involved.

I personally believe it should basically be another USPS, but hopefully consistent and safe.
