@Tim_Eagon Yes! I'm hoping to see that! My daughter said it is lovely. And my sister is just back from 2 months in Thailand...she said she wished she had done botany in college.

I was "library - 'splaining" the many children's books about hats to my husband. I showed him the limited palette and dry humor with heart in the books of Jon Klassen.....here's a good article from 2021 CBC

@kimlockhartga @bookstodon Yes, several, and I love the memories. I don't always keep them - I donated the book signed by Laura Lippman to a library with a sad budget. I hope authors don't remember me, because that would mean I talked too much ;)

One of my best memories from HS library was helping students with their projects - for gov class, for Model UN, and more. And they absolutely were fans of @pluralistic

But yes, so much inept communication and decision-making online!

This article from @pluralistic on is full of important and horrifying info. I could have highlighted so many parts, but this really hit me:
