@flexghost I suspect it's going to be a train wreck for trump. He's already said he may lose the debate "on purpose". Hopefully Biden will be on his game.

If trump does crash and burn, it might make a couple points difference in post-debate polls. Most of his cult followers will never abandon him.

So yes, I'll be watching.

@maya_b @cavalierbob @flexghost I read that Biden has been mock debating against a trump stand-in who is deliberately yelling, interrupting, insulting and otherwise trying to derail Biden when he is talking.

@molly0xfff Are corporate accounts not pushing back on this? All insider corporate info, trade secret, etc become (more) vulnerable to leaks and exploits. Corporate IT Security people are probably losing their minds right now.

Could the masto infrastructure handle this influx of users without degrading user performance? Could the instance hosting Taylor handle an account with 10 million users? What would this look like?
