Ok, Biden had a bad debate, but let's talk about a much much bigger problem.

The media seems to have decided that it is ok to be a shameless, obvious and deliberate liar in order to win a debate.

This is the same thing as referees determining that obvious, deliberate cheating is ok to win a game.

Sporting contests don't work if the refs permit cheating, and democratic politics doesn't work if the media permits rank dishonesty.

The media is failing our democracy.

So let me get this straight. is both:

  1. Such a dire threat that we should vote for an actual war criminal to keep him out of power.

  2. Not a dire enough threat to justify looking for someone better than a war criminal to run against him.

Do I have that right?

@NeptuneCaffeine @israel @palestine Biden and Trump are features of the system. We must reject both parties that maintain the system that oppress the working class. The good path is electing the working class outside of the two party system to represent the working class and organize to mobilize regardless of outcomes. The elite have never and will never represent us. They are there to maintain the illusion of choice and freedom.
