@GottaLaff you have a mini Australian Labradoodle? I have a mini Australian AND a GoldenDoodle! Your dog is almost exactly what I would get if my dogs had puppies. We named ours Chewie (male GoldenDoodle) and Leia (female mini Aussie). Great taste in dogs!

@GottaLaff Cannon is being deliberately obtuse in her ruling pretending Jack Smith wanted jury instructions done early when his filing was about using the PRA as a defense. She knows this- yet keeps it as an open possibility later even though it’s not based in law at all. And not what he is being charged with. Trump is also not guilty of arson, but Smith isn’t charging him with that either.

We are living through a war on democracy. NBC hiring insurrectionists, shady stock schemes to enrich a presidential candidate, plans to deploy 'soldiers' to the polls, suspect judicial rulings. Everyday we are reminded that the insurrection is not over. Billionaires and their GOP operatives are conducting an active slow motion coup. This year will determine if the people or billionaire oligarchs rule this country in the future.
