The take-away for me in all of Alitos dirty laundary is how deep and indivisible this chauvinistic additude is in the GOP. These fucks see us as property, and something collectively they posses dominion over. He doesn't even believe in that shit beyond his belief in its effectiveness in ruling.

And the entire GOP went along with it, with him, with his nomination. All of it. There are no good people in the GOP. They are indistinguishable from feudal lords. Same shit, different century.

It's done with the emphatic expectation that America will cow before their overt displays of beligerance and contempt for rule of law.
They presume our acceptance of the base valuation of "Christian" they seek to impose as moral purity. It's a cynical sociopath's cherry-picked mess of the Old Testament injunctions from the bronze age and pharasitical pantomime made into a public ritual performed for a TV audiences. The intent of which is to incense people of conscience into forgetting that Christian encompasses MLK's ministry, Mr. Roger's patient kindness, and Jimmy Carter's reverence for service unto others as an expression of his faith. These are the things they must subvert in order to succeed. Let them not.

For those who aren’t aware, Microsoft have decided to bake essentially an infostealer into base Windows OS and enable by default.

From the Microsoft FAQ: “Note that Recall does not perform content moderation. It will not hide information such as passwords or financial account numbers."

Info is stored locally - but rather than something like Redline stealing your local browser password vault, now they can just steal the last 3 months of everything you’ve typed and viewed in one database.
