@GottaLaff My ENT belongs to a 'doctors without borders' like organization. He travels with many other doctors annually. He collects all medications his patients are no longer taking (expired or not) and the doctors pool all the meds and are able to treat many people during their visits.

Well, after a month of biopsies, scopes, bloodwork, etc. I have been diagnosed and confirmed with Legionella (aka Legionaires Disease). Cue the "how the hell did you get this" interviews with doctors, the Oklahoma CDC, friends. I'm just as puzzled as they are!

I'm now on 2 strong antibiotics. Hopefully, it will clear. I have to have another CTscan mid-June & more antibiotics, possibly. Scheduled a duct cleaning, but I was questioned about swimming, attending large indoor events, hospital visits/stays, etc. They're really trying to track down the source. It could be anywhere I've been with air conditioning or some type of moisture. It could even be the vegetable mister at the market that goes off while I'm getting produce.

It’s raining again today. Packing up our stuff yesterday, in a cold garage as it poured, wasn’t all that bad.

Having to find a place to be with Hammy for 3+ hours during today’s Open House won’t be as easy. We were going to head to the beach, but … ⛈️

Btw, again, when I’m preoccupied w/ house stuff, please understand that I post alerts, not replies, & some alerts are early on (like the Iran/Israel mess yesterday), so may be premature/have to be corrected later.

@GottaLaff During frequent power outages in OKC, several neighbors and I used our local Starbucks for a warm shelter & charging site. We were there for hours. I'm a people watcher, so when not working, I people studied. Then dog, Eddie-Odie would lay at my feet & watch too. It was pre-Covid though.
