Greater roadrunner on a warm day. Birds don’t sweat so some of them shed heat by gular fluttering, vibrating the skin in the throat area to produce moisture and evaporative cooling. Desert birds lack opportunities to drink water so most or all of their hydration comes from what they eat.

These two animal filmmakers are the best and most likeable. Loving, funny animal documentaries without the usual intrusive tunes in the background - absolutely recommendable 👍
