Just 5 more sleeps... At one side, it feels like it's all going too fast and I'm stressed that I might have forgotten something! On the other side, I wish it were here already, so I could start it all and be done with it ASAP. If that makes sense 🤔...
I keep worrying and everyone says I'll be OK, that it will be hard for me, but I've prepared it well and I'm strong enough to make it through...
I sooooo want to believe that everyone is right! But of course that stupid voice that lives in my brain rent free, it keeps telling me it will probably go wrong because I forgot something, or I'll mess something up... (dreams where I kick over the big paint bucket, for instance...).

Every day, I'll keep writing about it, sorry about that, but it helps me to keep grounded! And, seeing your likes, boosts and very kind replies....... They help me to keep believing that I can do this! 💪🏼

My silly autism just loved the old routine...
I know that in the new town, we maybe won't be able to find such lovely SniffBook walkies routes... Maybe there are some... We'll know with time and exploring... 😊
But I just always got so calm and relaxed during the SniffBook walkies... I'm gonna miss them... Fingers crossed 🤞🏻 that Herpen will have a good route for us to find and enjoy after all the crazy is done!

My mind is still quite busy. It is like it's wilder than usual, even though they did slightly up my #ADHD meds last week... Maybe I need to get adjusted to the new dosage?
While my mind is going fast, I do find that I can take some more moments to relax. As the move is coming closer, and more things are being crossed off the list, I can sometimes feel a wee bit at ease...
Until the anxiety kicks in again with all the worries that it's been stalking me with. As is moving to a new town wasn't hectic enough, let's throw in a dosage of #AuDHD to make it even more interesting/challenging.
But I've made it through all that life has thrown at me up till now... I admit, I didn't handle it all too well at times, but hey, I made it and I didn't give up!

So, let's do this! 💪🏼 Day by day, until we made it to August... On July 31st I have to hand in the keys of the apartment and I'll close the door one last time... From that moment, it's hopefully time for me to find a new routine, take things a little easier and continue making my new house a home. (in case you missed it, 😉 I'm getting the keys July 1st at 12:30).

We're moving a bit further down the valley next week, in the name of cheaper rent, shorter commutes and other good and necessary things ... And it's got us back with our favorite landlords from a couple years ago. Just amazing, sweet folks. Signed ye merrye lease today. Feels like a homecoming.
