The forms: filled out by gunshop staff, modified later by staff. No proof boxes were ticked etc by Hunter himself.
The addiction dates: taken from a for-profit autobiography with confusion of dates. Well short of solid evidence.
Feds offered a plea deal, then withdrew it due to political pressure.
