A pitcher of water rests beside to dilute it if needed, but not much has been poured in this thick matcha. This matcha was harvested from tea plants at least 30 years old!

RolloTreadway , 1 month ago to random I have been drinking lapsang souchong for I don't know how many years. I love it good and smoky, the more stridently smoky the better. And yet, I still always find myself wondering when I brew it, why can I smell smoke? Especially so when I've just opened a fresh bag of leaves. I will never learn.
