Good!

"The Foreign Relations Committee advanced legislation Wednesday to allow the U.S. to seize frozen assets to pay for ’s reconstruction.

The top Democrat and Republican on the panel were confident that Senate leadership viewed the legislation, called the REPO Act, as a priority for passage amid stalled efforts to deliver on further assistance for Ukraine" https://thehill.com/policy/international/4426738-seize-russian-assets-ukraine-senate/

@GottaLaff

OK, but how much do they really think anyone would bid at auction for Donald Trump?

"The most significant, in our view, are the hardwired constitutional structures that are inimical to any modern understanding of democracy: the Electoral College, which could put Trump in office without majority support for a second time, and the equal allocation of two seats in the Senate to each state (an arrangement that gives a Wyoming voter 70 times more senatorial clout than a Californian)."

    @philip_cardella How many people know there are hundreds in Congress that voted against certifying the election results? It is so hard to communicate these because the does diddly squat except give a megaphone to crazies. That is why Republicans did well enough to get control of , and hold onto these many seats.
