Today’s preliminary measures order leaves Israel under pressure in The Hague and internationally. Under the Genocide Convention, the Convention’s 153 state parties “undertake to prevent” genocide before it actually occurs or reaches full scale.
Does a genocidal apartheid fascist state which massacred it's victims on Industrial scale, gives tough competition to Hitler, ignored all international resolutions for a near century, attacks all its neighbours with impunity & massacring people, would it stop committing genocide now because ICJ did not have the basic human decency to ask even the petty symbolic act of asking the goon to stop his crimes?
The goon is only going to commit same crimes, at same or increased intensity, but uses a different language & strategy to coverup his crimes.
