@natalyakuzmenko There are some similar ones live in the park near where I grew up.
Also geese and swans, but they can be much more forceful and usually people get scared and do not let them get close.
I think it is interesting also: maybe we can see how dogs and cats became tame in the distant past. Similar as with these animals now. We enjoy their company and they enjoy being looked after 😊
@tombud wow! You do fantastic work, friend. Besides the text, do you also Photoshop them? Not that it makes it less cool, I'm just wondering your process.
Can we just gush a little about #gimp - particularly the one situated in the #flathub#flatpak beta repo.
This whole window is unintrusive. The title and window controls are just sort of there, at the top of the window. A standard titlebar, toolbar in a single column to the left, and on the right grouping toolkit dialogues on the top and project management dialogues on the bottom, all surrounding the canvas.
It's more cohesive, more compact, and gives focus to the actual image itself... one sec
and bobs your uncle. Remember to #shitpost responsibly and with no ill intent.
A #gentleman#shitposter is not a #fuckboy and the distinction should be made that a good jest, a good hardy-harr should not be at the expense of others when one can more easily lay into their subpositions and narrative with a nudge, a wink and a little jig to signify the the culmination of the jape.
Thanks and love goes to @futurebird for her weekly #ant adventures.
I see #Affinity is being bought by #Canva and they say "There are no changes to our current pricing model planned at this time". Yeah, watch this space. They'll move to subscription in a year.
I like Affinity Photo though I don't use it much cos it doesn't run under Linux, but I'm done with subscription models. Take the cash you would have spent with them and give it to your fav #OSS project instead. #inkscape#krita#gimp and #darktable are all good choices.
