Former Republican Rep. Adam Kinzinger, who denounced former President Donald Trump’s actions around the deadly January 6 insurrection and was shunned by many in his own party when he voted to impeach the former president, is endorsing President Joe

Glad to see Adam appreciates being the exact base Biden has been working to win over for years now.

Now if the POTUS would only work half as hard to win over the working poor... The 'moderate Republicans' [sic] get the red meat. The 99% get bones that are mostly PR

I'll vote for him, but I can't be happy with my choice. can block me if they can't bear to deal with any critique of the Dems from their left flank

They don't have to nominate him.

They have a choice. There could be emergency meetings scrambling, an effort to save face.

This is a choice and it's a bad one except as a cynical and increasingly desperate play for power.

That's why I tell #bluemaga to try to work on their #maga friends and family instead of beating up on Arab and Muslim Americans in the #abandonbiden camp. The #gqp has a pretty easy choice to make. For some of us on the left, supporting #genocide is a non-starter. If you want to lower the stakes, then lower the stakes.

(I say this, of course, knowing they'll never do it, so it's #WestAbdullah2024 for me) #uspol #uspolitics

Uncommitted shows up for Palestine in Pennsylvania. 36,000 write-ins have been counted so far.

Biden will not win in November if he continues to support Israel's genocide.

My bad, I may have misunderstood your post. My intention is to encourage Biden to reverse his support for Israel. Yes , It's unlikely. One way to make that happen though is to get the crowd to realize that opposing Israel will help Biden in November. That's really what is all about. It's sad to think we need to tell people 'what's in it for me' in order to oppose the genocide, but that's where we are.

really better hope doesn't get elected, or they'll have a hard time explaining why they're suddenly appalled at a that they'd been pretty blithe about for an entire year.

I think forgets that has already been president once, and that we can compare the 2 presidents without resorting to hypotheticals.

In that comparison, committed , Trump didn't. All he had to do to be better than Trump was not commit genocide, and he couldn't even do that. And that's on nobody but him.

Nobody but is responsible for the fact that a reasonable person can look at the two and say, "Trump caused less harm."

Voting , disrupting appearances, and speaking continuously about are arguably what got to abstain from the resolution today.

Whereas 's even more constant and obsessive shouting about didn't do jack shit to sway the legal system.

Funny how you make more progress when your priorities are in order.
