Covok OP , 2 months ago Maybe they never descaled it. It was her husbands and he just starting going to Starbucks directly despite dropping $220 on a Kureig. Judging from the gunk on the side of the tub I had to clean with soap and water, I might need to run it with white vinegar to clean it on the inside.
