Someone who is more litigious than me should read this article and tell me if this will affect #ProWrestling#contracts which famously include 30-180 noncompete clauses for most wrestlers
@NaClKnight Best to go to the source. The FTC has an explainer. There's one tricky bit in the PDF about franchises; if a wrestler were considered a franchisee they'd still be subject to new non-compete clauses. I don't think that's how wrestling promotions are run, but IANAW.
