Every time an Indian recruiter contacts me, asking for resume, phone number, without describing the real requirements and benefits/perks of the role, possibly wasting my time...

I have stopped responding to recruiters from India. I ask them to send me their company page on LinkedIn and if they refuse or I see that it's from an Indian based company, I block them.
