#ProLifeMyAss 😳”1 woman miscarried in lobby restroom of TX emerg rm as front desk staff refused to admit her. Another learned her fetus had no heartbeat at Fla hospital, day after security guard turned her away from the facility. No Carolina, woman gave birth in car after emerg room couldn’t offer an ultrasound. The baby later died.
@GottaLaff it’s time for pregnant women to start showing up at the cathedrals in Texas and Florida to force the Catholic Church to take care of them, since they’re some of the ones backing the anti-abortion was in the first place. Wouldn’t you like to see an archbishop deliver a premature baby? Then if things happen they can sue the Catholic Church.
These people are nothing but anger and hatred distilled; something I do not understand. I always thought we were here to help each other, and make the world better for those who follow. There is no place for hatred, misogyny, racism, ‘delusions of supremacy’ in this country. We have to find a way to step back from this precipice.
@GottaLaff Considering the the ER has always considered to be the final safety net and the point of care of last refuge, being turned away by the ER is one really ugly thing.
The is no monster worse and more grinding than one who thinks they are doing these ugly things in the name of some higher calling.
@GottaLaff Gentle reminder that well off, well connected women in every state are still able call in a favor or hop on a jet and get abortions performed by qualified medical personnel - - - but that for more and more women who don't have the means to break these new laws are it means they're being broken themselves. #abortion#AbortionRights
Pro-cruelty and morally debased... these legislators disgust me on every level... they are more are on the Inquisitor-prosecutor level in their quest to lord control over women ... or to be one who is unduly harsh, severe, or hostile towards women.
The lawmakers that pass these laws are monsters, without a doubt.
But some shame should be reserved for the doctors that didn't have the backbone to stand up for these women in dire need of emergency care. Is there not one doctor that will stand up and say "I will CARE for this woman and I will challenge this terrible law."
