"What we’re seeing is not telemedicine": alarm over doctors using AI and prescribing without seeing patients. Medicine is intended to result in better health (better than it would otherwise have been), but it is misleading to refer to medicine as "health", and likewise to refer to telemedicine as "telehealth".

@rms The misleadingness (not a word, but oh well) of calling medical care "health care" has been one of my many pet peeves for years.

Both needed, but not the same!
