Prosecutors release their written arguments for finding #Trump in contempt for posts that they say "unquestionably" violate the #GagOrder.
The DA says it's "absolutely critical" for Trump to "immediately halt" alleged gag order violations.
"A finding of criminal contempt, imposition of sanctions, and stark warnings from this Court are the minimum remedies necessary to achieve this indispensable objective."

The game of chicken in which the DoJ, courts, etc blink, look away, or just plain ignore repeated contraventions is sickening, and shows just how fragile and conditional the whole justice system is. If you are poor, unknown, and black, any one of these transgressions would get you thrown in the clink.

@ofa_Jeremy This judge is only just starting the case. He would get reversed and there'd be no trial if he "just wiped the floor with him" after so little time in court.
@GottaLaff agreed. But consider if he was black. Or poor? What if I, a white guy violated a gag order? My argument is that he is not special. If the proletariat is subject to equitable judgements, then so should he.
Growing really weary of laws for thee but no for me paradigm.
