New York AG Letitia James's office has notified Judge Arthur Engoron, who's overseeing seeing #Trump's civil fraud trial, about a new appeals court ruling against Martin Shkreli, which the office says supports its bid to permanently bar Trump from the New York's real estate industry.

@GottaLaff Once Judge Engoron (hopefully) drops the business and financial equivalent of a nuclear bomb on Trump, his business, and his sons, I wonder how long the appeals process will take before the judgment actually takes effect?

Since he left the presidency, Trump lost a host of cases and rulings. I don't recall him having a single court victory from any judge not named Cannon.
