My problem with small talk isn't that I don't know what to talk about; I've memorised the social scripts just fine, I know what topics are acceptable. My problem is that I do not give a fuck if this person has family in the area or what their job is. I don't wanna know. I therefore cannot believe they want to hear my answers also. So we're just making stupid mouth noises that no cunt cares about for the sake of it.
