constantorbit , 3 months ago @dillyd alreday many great suggestions already (Fremont, Ballard... and absolutely do a ferry walk-on roundtrip!). Kerry Park in Queen Anne is a nice downtown/needle vista point. I highly recommend the Kubota Garden and also the Washington Park Arboretum (already mentioned).
