Or maybe just look at comparable statistics sources? fedidb.org/ ## counts 9,952,566 total users. the-federation.info/ knows about 17 protocols and about 17,024,090 users. So after a deeper look, it's obvious that thes mastodonusercount just counts any account he can see as a mastodon account... Which is far from the true amount of existing users on mastodon servers. ;)
