The chick was awfully large to still have no feathers. And awfully loud. The friendly black crow "caw caw'd" again explaining to the noisy bird that now it was day and there was no need to shout. The sun is up! The bugs are delicious!
And the baby looked up and listened to the funny song of the big black bird. The baby listened so carefully she forgot to cry.
