KSA has that much money to play with: bank roll Uber, which is sorta like KSAs version of hyperloop and try to hook Africa on car centric development. But with Uber, the Saudi kingdom are manipulating the US, Canada, the world to shape it to fit their needs, it sounds similar to mercantilism. 🧵
