@GottaLaff@atrupar Turns out a more of people who work in the news, and certainly people who own news outlets, are quite happy with his aims and goals. Thus, he gets treated as if he's not a delusional, paranoid, omnibigot.
@GottaLaff@atrupar These are the same tactic that Berlusconi used in Italy during his time. Normalize what used to be shocking. Make people focus on some of his shocking acts (underage sex parties, for which I know some part of the population was actually sickly proud of him) to distract from the larger criminal scheme he was undertaking. All of this while paving the way for the fascist party that is in power at the moment, and leaving behind a trail of bigotry, misogyny, and corruption.

MSM has normalized 45’s trash behavior. They’ve amplified his hate and helped sow distrust in the political process. All on the interest of monetary gain.
The corporate media needs to be held responsible. Otherwise we’ll see an end to democracy and an end to free speech. Which will mean the end of journalism and media houses.
Corporate media has to hold themselves responsible.
