Trump needs a recession and is running out of time for that to happen. It might, but the last quarter was robust. Fed outlook is robust for 2024. Wage earners are doing much better than Trump's $7.25.
If DT were to be in jail by the #GOP Convention, the RNC would have to know that is a recipe for a landslide loss and probably find rules by which to rescind the nomination. Then his voters don't turn out, etc. Not overconfident but this might really blow up in their faces.
