@GottaLaff We were notified by Costco about this. We had purchased one of the tainted items on the list. We spent a couple of awful days with diarrhea, and threw away the uneaten portion. Costco offered to refund the purchase price to anyone who still had the merchandise. They knew enough to contact us but to get a refund we had to return the product or the receipt for it. I'll think twice before buying prepared food there again.
