@requiem The bullet was supposed to go straight through Trump's head. But at the last possible moment, Trump tilted his head to point to a huge chart behind him, depicting the increased immigration numbers during Biden's presidency - so the bullet went through his ear instead.
@bontchev Gosh. Didn't know that detail. I did wonder about how it was such a luck miss - someone confident enough to carry out something like this would have been a good shot. Incredible, and indeed quite ironic!
@requiem I was wondering about the miss, too. I mean, I can (and have, several times) hit a moving human-sized target from 3 times this distance with an AK-47 with iron sights - and this kid missed from a much shorter distance with optics?!
However, he was aiming at the head (assuming the target wore a bulet-proof west), he was under stress (a policeman had just noticed him and had tried to climb the roof) and the target moved his head at the last possible moment. This indeed explains the miss. It was pure luck, though.
