@Npars01@pluralistic further, you originally responded to a post about a woman that started a fully regulated bank in the UK. So your comment that fintech is unregulated banks is wholly incorrect, particularly in this instance.
@Npars01@pluralistic congratulations. You’ve proven that you can do internet searches. You’re saying that my lived-in experience is trumped by whatever you think these articles cover. Some of these articles talk about the new technology tools that fintech has brought to finance. So perhaps you should go back and understand what it is you’re linking. As I said, whenever people are involved you’re going to find good and bad. You’re attempting to cherry pick.
How many examples of malfeasance within these "creative accounting" fintechs would suffice to demonstrate that potentially rogue financial services organizations are imprudent for investment?
