Roman mosaic (late 2nd - early 3rd Century AD) depicting Leda and the Swan, once the central panel of the mosaic floor. It was discovered in the immediate vicinity of the sanctuary of Aphrodite at Palaepaphos in Cyprus.

In mythology, Zeus (Jupiter) seduces the Spartan queen Leda in the guise of a Swan.
