I got 10L of milk from 8 goats this morning (2 of them getting milked for the first time). I'm going to make so much cheese while there is pretty much unlimited green grass for the goats to eat!
I also made a mostly successful loaf of long-fermented sourdough from starter I made earlier in the week (definitely needs to get a little stronger, but it's extremely tasty bread)
And I saw an American goldfinch and cedar waxwings while videochatting with my parents this morning.
