Genres are bullshit, but these things are the best.

So it's kind of a wash.

Those little stickers libraries put on books so you can tell the genre at a glance. There's a fantasy one with a cartoon wizard, complete with long gray beard, point hat, curly shoes, and the blue robe with the yellow stars and moons on it. There's also a horror one that is a cartoon mummy with a big, full yellow moon behind it, a handful of bats, and a creepy old house in the distance. The science fiction, romance, and mystery ones aren't present, but you kind assume those are like a rocket ship flying around a planet; a bunch of hearts, as in the suit of cards and not actual disgorged hearts; and probably a magnifying glass with, I don't know, a dagger or a calabash pipe?
