@GottaLaff I have spent my career analyzing/teaching about the effects of technology. I abandoned Facebook early. I joined Twitter as an experiment. I am hanging around to mostly observe, cuz all my network has gone to LinkedIn. Since Threads is an offshoot of Meta, I will not go near that because of Zuckerberg. Bluesky is “meh”. I like Mastodon because of the diversity, and because you and @tomiahonen are here, along with some other sensible people. It feels safer…peaceful?
