Hi #RetroComputing fans - can any of you tell me what sort of slot that is in the third position down, in this fuzzy photo of a HP desktop? It looks like an audio tape slot!

My first guess, not knowing that model, would've been a tape drive, but I also guess it'd not be appearing in a desktop, at least unless added afterwards?
What kind of external hard disk did this accept? Some HP-specific model?
