"Project 2025 is not a game, it’s white Christian nationalism. It is the Sharia Law of the “Christian” crazy people who aren’t Christian at all but want to control every aspect of your life.” — Tariji P. Henson, actor
@DemocracyMattersALot no, not really. Sharia law is a law only for Muslims in a country. This is worse since everybody is affected by this, no matter your religion. It forces religious laws on people that aren't religious, or have another religious belief.

It's true that all religions have been used by extremists to justify terrible acts, but it's not true that Sharia law is synonymous with extremist Islam. Sharia law is just doing what the Koran says to do, like the Law of Moses dictates how to be a Jew. These ancient texts are constantly reinterpreted for modern times, so there are moderate interpretations of Sharia law practiced by any observant Muslim without imposing religious law on society.
@DemocracyMattersALot Living in Europe, I had to google it. What I found about that method, was once named in German history "Machtergreifung" (seizure of power, 1933).
