After (voluntarily) leaving work 9 months ago, LinkedIn and recruitment dried up (which is fine, I wasn't looking). Now that I have a full-time job again I'm getting regular recruitment emails.
It really seems like tech-company recruiters are only actively recruiting people who are currently employed which is gross but also seems short-sighted and stupid.
