@dansup Hey Dan, I installed the beta on my Android phone, the one dated 3 July, and it looks great, but the text is really small. I'm visually impaired, so I've set the UI size and the Font Size on my phone both to the highest, but the Pixelfed Android app doesn't seem to be honouring that. And there's no setting under Accessibility to adjust the UI or font size specific to the app either.
@dansup At least, I mean some of the text is quite small. Like the Follower/Following count on profiles, and the descriptions of settings under Settings. The rest of it seems okay now. Maybe I didn't have the 3 July update after all?
@GrahamDowns I do notice some serious layout issues that need to be addressed with large font sizes, so I will work to fix that and preserve system font settings.
I apologize for any accessibility issues, that is one of my focuses now that the app has matured and is near ready for launch.
I am planning an accessibility audit for next week where I will go through and ensure proper accessibility support for text, images and everything else, including VoiceOver support.
