I’m really sick of the Democratic bed wetting. If Democrats run a golf ball covered with hair, I'm voting for it. The choice is fascism or democracy; I'm sticking with democracy. Vote for Democrats in every election, every office, at every level.
It is better to have someone asleep at the wheel than it is to have a narcissistic, fascist, misogynistic, criminal, dictator tearing the heart and soul out of your democracy...

@DemocracyMattersALot outside looking in, seriously this type of talk is scary. If you're already a dem/blue state you will be voting for whatever crap DNC puts in front of you. But the problem is that won't win you the presidency. Although it's a popularity contest, popular vote gets you zilch. You need the youth, minorities, undecided and/or independents in the SWING states to go out and vote in droves for yours. Sadly trying to flog an almost dead horse in front those won't get them to vote.

Something happened between the guy I saw giving a kick -ass SOTU address in January and the guy I saw last Thursday AND on Monday night. And that scares me.
ALL OF US who question his ability to run effectively will vote blue.
I know people, young people, who are planning not to vote for Democrats because they believe Democrats have not done enough to save Palestinians in Gaza.
My position is merely that if we all do not support Democrats and vote for Democrats no matter who they are, we, the world, Palestinians--everyone--will be worse off.

Keeping a man who Bernstein is reporting has been blanking out in public numerous times? That's suicide. Let's try a popular politician and see how that goes for a change.

@Huntn00@DemocracyMattersALot it's not a "skin problem" that Harris has. It's a "unable to connect with voters" problem that led her to have single digit numbers in her home state in 2020. But most of all, it's a Biden problem. I don't understand why it's hard for people to get that Biden needs to stop running because he's unpopular. The Biden administration is unpopular. Biden's VP is therefore unpopular. Replacing Biden with Harris, to steal a joke, is like changing your tie after you shat your pants.
@Geoffberner@DemocracyMattersALot Perspective and pragmatism is required. If you want to view it as the lesser of evils, then do so, although I don’t feel that way. Biden is distinctly better than Trump in anyway you can imagine. If there is someone else willing to take Biden‘s place who has the appeal, I’m happy to consider it.
Trump is unacceptable, period. Anyone who likes and votes for Trump is either stupid or a co-conspirator, Doesn’t matter who the Dem is.
@Huntn00@DemocracyMattersALot yes, we all agree on that. What we disagree on is Biden's ability to persuade 53% of the voters of this. Biden can't win anymore. People have to face this. Well, mostly, Jill Biden does. Biden's lost the times, the debate, the muslim american vote, and as of yesterday, Mickey Mouse. He is so unable to fight competently that they've kept him away from live situations as much as possible for at least a year. Because THEY know he's lost it.
@Geoffberner@DemocracyMattersALot I’m just a peon sitting at home, voicing an opinion, asking other citizens not to sink a knife into the back of the country in Nov. I want no part of the fascists. They’ll knock on the door, but once we let them in, they’ll feel free to kick in others. I am open to counter proposals, but that has to happen above my level. There has to be someone who steps forward and that hasn’t happened so far. If it’s Biden, that’s who we have.
