FDR has a Democratic supermajority in the Senate. Joe Biden has 47 Democrats, 49 Republicans, and 4 Independents, only 2 of whom are likely to vote with Democrats.
I’ve already said this, but you’re not court packing (which FDR never did anyway) or threatening it with those numbers.
