@alice speech therapy appointment attended, which meant crossing the plaza where I was assaulted last week. But I got through it and 30er brought myself something to eat and drink from the Viktualienmarkt.

Same to ya! I get to virtually meet my co-instructor for the public health 2001 class I volunteered for. They have an awesome qualitative analysis background where I've only dabbled and I intend to teach the sophomores all about the politics of PH and why p values are often a problem.
And I have yesterday's vindaloo for lunch later on which I am looking forward to! Signing off from Casco Bay!

That's the good news, the bad news is I think the CF card I've been using in my camera for the past 20 years or so is dead. This computer had problems recognising it consistently and none of the photos I've taken recently are recorded, despite having plenty of space. I'll shove it back in the camera again once I've got some fresh AAs in it and try reformatting it. In the meantime, it appears to be time for a nap.
@MikeH bummer about your CF card 😕 hopefully you can repair any bad sectors and keep using it. If not, storage is cheap 🤷🏼♀️ hopefully you don't lose too many pics from the incident though 🫂
