You need to be building up your mutual aid networks. You need to go out into your town and meet people and build up protections for each other.
If you dont know where to start, here are a few leads. Check out:
= Your library and see what groups meet there. Pick a couple and attend their meetings.
= Food pantries. Search for local food pantries and go volunteer. Talk to the other people volunteering.
= Your local NAACP group. Even if you're white, join. Meet people. They've gone through worse. Learn from them. Help out.
Once you meet people find out what other groups they are a part of. Most people join more than one group. Keep joining groups and meeting new people until you find the ones that you vibe the best with.
Make this your hobby for the next couple of months to the next couple of years.
