The Supreme Court delay of the immunity decision has had one benefit: it resulted in the Manhattan DAs case not getting unduly truncated due to the Court holding that official conduct that is immune cannot be even introduced at trial. So the Manhattan jury got to hear all the relevant evidence, before the Court’s ludicrous ruling protecting Trump.
